Peter Kerby
Co-founder and co-director of Prospect Claims.Prior to the formation of Prospect Claims, Peter was a senior claims manager with a major U.K. insurer. His management responsibilities embraced every aspect of technical claims handling and investigation and in particular he made final decisions on fraud cases as well as those cases destined for arbitration by the Financial Services Ombudsman.
An Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute, Peter has lectured for the CII on various subjects and, for some years, lectured at local college on the CII Motor Insurance subject. Latterly he co-wrote the CII Motor Insurance student text book.
Peter has presented papers on various topics at industry seminars, including fraud and investigation techniques in personal insurances.
