Paul has first hand and recent experience in insurance fraud investigation across a variety of business streams. Drawing upon his many years of experience and his extensive knowledge of the use of industry databases, he has supervised numerous investigations through to successful repudiation and prosecution.

Within his former Head Office role with a major U.K. Insurer, Paul was responsible for the engagement of an internal field force of investigators as well as the appointment and subsequent monitoring of external investigators and specialists. The successful implementation of these projects included the writing of best practice and handling protocol documentation, as well as the compilation and presentation of an extensive training programme.

Through his close liaison with ABI, Insurers, Solicitors, Adjusters, Credit Reference Agencies, Police and other Government Departments, Paul has an excellent understanding as to how and when to harness these agencies whilst conducting enquiries on behalf of insurer, solicitor and self-insured clients.

Paul also has long established expertise in equine and agricultural claims enquiries.
