Imogen
With a Bsc (Hons) in Law with Business, and a Masters in E-Commerce Law, Imogen joined us in October 2002 as a trainee. Her background enabled her to fast-track towards becoming the experienced claims handler that she is today.
Martyn
Joining Prospect Claims in September 2001, Martyn is our longest serving claims technician. Prior to joining us, Martyn had worked in the claims department of a large insurer/ broker, as well as the insurance department of a local authority. His wide knowledge and experience makes him a valuable and senior member of the team.
Rachel
Rachel joined us in September 2005 when she moved from her home in the north of England. An already accomplished senior claims handler with one of the UK's largest insurers, Rachel quickly mastered our side of the business.
Sam
All of our claims technicians have an ability to handle all types of claims and investigations, and Sam is no exception. However, having joined Prospect Claims in April 2003 from a large insurer/broker, Sam quickly demonstrated a particular flair for fraud investigation, and we take advantage of that to the full.
Sharon
Sharon looks after all of our administrative needs, and she does so extremely well. Having been with us since April 2004, there is nothing that Sharon does not know about the processes of the company, and she is a vital part of the team
